Services
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are the main set of regulations for managing health, safety and welfare on construction projects. They require the appointment of a Principal Designer and Principal Contractor. SELA Engineering can fulfil the Principal Designer role and ensure your project is fully compliant.
Yes. We offer flexible arrangements including part-time cover for existing projects due to holiday absence or where short-term support is required to achieve planned programme deadlines.
Pre-Construction Information (PCI) is a key document under CDM 2015 that forms part of the tender specification. We believe this is one of the most important elements of a project — lack of suitable information can increase tender values by tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds.
We offer 3D modelling of structures, buildings, plant, equipment and services. This includes point cloud laser scanning for pin-point accuracy, animated models to test decommissioning scenarios, aerial drone surveys for inaccessible areas, and plant & equipment register integration.
